Based in the UK, she divides her time between London and Istanbul. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in different types of media as a music journalist, culture and arts reporter, sports presenter, blogger, radio show host, fashion writer and food critic.
She currently writes for three Hype Machine-listed blogs, does freelance editorial work for several publications and clients including BBC Turkish Services, Sony Music, Time Out Istanbul, NTV Spor, Milliyet newspaper, Socrates Dergi, Radio Eksen…She runs her own record label Injazero Records and produces under the name Villette.
